hi I am on an individual plan, how can I change the price of the delivery? Ideally I would like to offer free delivery. Amazon has currently fixed the delivery at £3.99. I can't change it. I wonder if it puts buyers off buying my products due to the delivery charge. Any ideas what I can do?

you can’t, you can only set delivery rates yourself on the professional selling plan.

As above reply, you need to be on the professional selling plan to be able to set your own shipping rates - pay the £30 a month professional plan fee.
If you are on the individual plan you will have to accept Amazon's default shipping charge, dependent on the category of goods.
