Amazon stole a 50 gram silver coin and then compensated half the amount
I shipped a 50 gm laxmi ganesh pure silver coin on 20th august 2024 , which even after bein a non returnable item was returned back to me. when i asked the amazon executive he showed me that the buyer didnt accept the order and it was returned .Today on 29th august i have received the item back and it was totally different from what i sent. the packet is different the inner box is totally different and my SILVER COIN is not there on the golden packaging which is provided with the product was given back to me. The coin was stolen in the process of return and all i received was its packaging. I have full proof of the time when i packed the product , and also when i unboxed the returned product which im not able to apply in this form. i have full proof of everything and i expect a full investigation on this case since this is theft and if it was done by amazon in the process it is unacceptable.
This coins value was 4800 rupees and the claim shows that i will be granted 3499 which is not the right amount, i want to be fully compensated since this is a fine metal and pure silver not some cheap metal. My coin box which i received was totally different for the one i sent and it was empty and the grey packaging had a transparent tape on the other end . My coin was stolen by an amazon employee , you people stole the coin and then compensate me half the amount and on what basis do you guys even take these decisions?! check this video which is recorded at the time of opening the package if you guys have these stealing beggars in your amazon then i guess this is the worst platform to sell on , i will spread this information on social media with proof and i will make sure all my friends who are selling on amazon will boycot this unfair website. You guys literally have people who are stealing packages and there is nothing done about it, catch the delivery guy who took the order to the destination that day . i want to be fully compensated this is a valued metal not stainless steel!
