Violation not removed after 195 days

I opened a case (15185012421) because there is a banner warning on my homepage stating my account is at risk of deactivation due to a listing violation and it will be removed after 180 days. I told them it's been 195 days so would they please remove the banner and violation. They replied saying it will be removed in 180 days. Then they closed the case not allowing me to respond. It's been 195 days. Did they not even read my message? This is maddening. It's like I receive a canned generic response that doesn't even address what I took the time to write.

In terms of violations present and impacting your account health rating, these will generally fall off after 180 days as you have stated. However, your account may be at immediate risk of deactivation if you reach the maximum number of repeat violations for infringement-related policies or restricted products policies in a 180-day period, regardless of your AHR. In most cases, the maximum number of repeat violations is five for infringement-related policies and two for restricted products policies.

Even when the violation itself has been removed, there could be instances where you have received another non-compliance notice for the same policy and different ASIN. This could result in multiple violations with appeal or dispute options.
