amazon return policy scams
i received a charge back claim today . when i get into the details and seller buying history i was shocked.
Against one order he manage to open multiple return cases and received refunds against them. He bought two items and opened return request of 4 items on the same order and received initial refund . and its been 4 months and he never sent the item back , when the date is near he just open a new claim against it .
Not only that he also opened a up a charge back claim against the same order , when i presented my details he just closed it guess .
further looking into his buying history i came to know he placed 2 more orders with us of the same item this year and both orders were refund , on one order he said he bought them mistakenly he kept the item and received a refund from amazon . and on the other order he sent the damaged items back and amazon issued him a refund from our funds and did not reimburse us .
that is why i always like ebay small place but they always protect their seller and made their decisions on reality and proof basis not like amazon . buyers just keep ripping off sellers and amazon doesn't care because its not going from their pockets .
after all these price hikes and low and high inventory and placements fee and their behavior towards sellers . do u think this platform is worth of doing business anymore ?
