Need Help with Brand Approval on Amazon
As a new seller on Amazon, I am facing some challenges in getting my brand approved. I understand that Amazon’s brand approval process needs brand authorisation letter, especially for small sellers like me i can provide brand authorisation letter.
I would like to ask for your advice on how you approached the brand approval process, and if you have any tips or suggestions on how I can improve my chances of getting approved.

Firstly are you brand owner or distributer.
Secondly if you are brand owner provide proper evidences like GST Registration Certificate brand auth letter to amazon
Thirdly if you are distributer ask the owner to share you auth letter which should be shared to amazon

If you are distributer or reseller just approach amazon with these requirement
To proceed further, provide amazon the following to assist you further.**
- Brand
- UPC or EAN or JAN (if seller has applied for GTIN exemption, then UPC is not required)
- SKU (if you are creating ASINs for multiple product items or variants, then all SKUs are required)
- Category
- Store where the issue is occurring
- Product description with mandatory details like dimensions or measurement, item weight, model or part number should be provided
- Manufacturer
- Product title (including details of variations in colour, size, measurements, model or part number, item weight and so on)
- Are you officially affiliated with the brand? If so, then provide a letter of approval from the brand
- Real-world images of the product (front and back images of the product including barcode) along with UPC and brand name, packaged and unpackaged, and unfolded if the item is apparel
- Screenshot of the 5461 error with the Brand name, date and timestamp visible in the background
- Batch ID with the error code is required, if using feeds.

You have to go to the portal brand registry amazon. Upload your brand authorization letter. They will check and send an OTP to the email registered with that brand. You just need to give amazon that code and they will process your brand request.
So you need a brand authorization letter and email associated with that brand. That’s it.
If you wanna apply for gtin exemption you will need to list products on amazon and then type gtin in the amazon help section. Search a little you will find how to apply for gtin there. Fill out the form and give them photos of products with your brand. They will approve it then you list products as well.
These two steps are non-related and you have to complete both.

Please think twice thrice before planning to sell on amazon.
here are few points,
1- Amazon refunds are the worst I’m e-commerce industry.
2- They refund your order for any nonsense reason and also they charge 8-10% commission on refunds as refund commission.
3- They ask to provide the complete packing video in 4K quality and even you provide them the video they will 100% deny your safe-t claim by saying the evidence is not proper and complete.
4- The amazon wants to take your money in every point, order commission, packing, WR charges, Ship Charge, ABA Charge, Advertisent charge, it total you have to give them 30-40% your earnings to them.
