same issue with us and we raised this issue to seller support but they did nothing

in such case always update seller support if order is not picked up with order/s ID . Besides go to local manager and make complaint of pickup boy with him .

We are facing the exact same issue! The delivery person never comes to pick up, need to make multiple calls everyday asking him to get the shipments picked. The local manager is of no help!
The seller support is not providing any resolution in this, just asking to fill the easy ship missed form everytime.

We have lost 33 orders package on 16th Oct because pickup guys has misplaced or stolen.. now complaint to seller support but nothing done yet and I lost all 33 orders with multiple quantity order in some orders.
