REFUND FEES is exceptionally high

Dear Sellers,
This is to bring awareness towards high refund fees/ commission that has been charged for every customer return.
For Every unit return/rejected/refused we have to endure following charge

        Weight handling fees both side
      pick and pack fees
     Refund commission (though this is fixed}

Table 1. Refund fee
Item price including shipping charges (INR) Refund fee (INR)
0 - 250 - 35
251 - 500 - 50
501 - 1000 - 75
1001 above - 100
Indirectly they charging amount almost equal to the referal fees that they claimed to be returned.
So whatever may be the case as a seller we have to endure all the expenses for a return unit.

No use of any complaint, amazon seller support just don’t respond to anything

The refund fees will increase by 10-40% from May 31, 2023. Rs. 100 + GST is the current rate.
Maximum of 140+GST for Basic and Rs.110+GST for Premium will be the new rate

But what if we are waiting for pickup and they don’t come to pickup the product for 4 days and I was rescheduling it again and again and waiting for amazon to pickup the product.
What is our fault in this scenario.
