Amazon denied and blocked our refund to a customer, in turn customer leaves nasty feedback, PLEASE HELP
Hoping a mod can help with this ridiculous issue.
Amazon blocked the refund we issued to a customer. The customer thought WE denied the refund and retaliated with negative feedback.
1) We had a customer return in item to us.
2) The following day we processed the return and issued the customer a refund.
3) Amazon blocked the customers refund and we received this e-mail 2 days later stating:
"As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure a trustworthy selling experience, we regularly monitor refund requests for suspicious activity.
Initially, we denied the refund that was requested by the buyer for the order 111-7418212-8955451.
What was the outcome of the investigation?
We have decided that there was not any unusual behavior by the buyer that requested this refund. As a result, we have decided to reissue the refund. "

5) Feedback removal request denied
6) Amazon seller support indicates that they are unable to help.
So I attempt to do the right thing and issue a customer a refund, Amazon wrongfully blocks the refund, customer leaves us negative feedback on our account because they believe we were the problem.
Can a mod on here please try and figure out how to get this feedback removed? And please don't say 'ask the customer', because they are angry at us for something the Amazon literally caused.

I've never heard of Amazon blocking a refund so I'm not sure what you're talking about.

Hello @Seller_VLB93SOhkHsZs- thanks for sharing this experience. As I review the order ID in question, I do not see that any seller feedback comment was left by that customer. Hopefully this means the issue has been previously resolved, or the customer has already removed the feedback comment, but please let me know if there are any outstanding questions on this order.
