Platform asks me to apply for GTIN exemption even though we've already done it
We can't get the listing running because of this error.
First time working with Amazon, and the customer support is very fast to reply, but the content of their answers is the worst I've ever seen.

have you applied for GTIN Exemption? You would need to apply for the brand Generic in the category you are listing in usually.
