Amazon denied my appeal for using inappropriate or unprofessional language and Amazon services business solutions agreement

My account was originally deactivated due to section 3 of the Amazon Business Solutions Agreement because I failed to attend the virtual video verification interview with Amazon. I provided everything to Amazon but they have repeatedly denied my submission.

1st NotificationWhy did this happen?We believe that your account or a related account is engaged in sales of counterfeit inventory which violates intellectual property rights or may have been used to engage in deceptive or illegal activity that harms customers and our store. To learn more, refer to section 3 of the “Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement.I participated in the video call verification on April 4, 2024. but Amazon said they could not verify the information.

I provided such as identity and business-related and supply chain documents.On May 6- I sent an appeal through the Account Health TabMay 6, 2024, 7:06 AM PSTIs the policy violation in error?I just received an email from Amazon stating my account has been deactivated. This is an error on Amazon's part. My account has not been involved in any illegal or suspicious activity. My account has not sold any counterfeit products. I need a supervisor or manager to help with this matter. I have not done anything wrong. I answered all the questions in the video call. I submitted all documents, bank account statements, and credit card statements. Please someone correct this situation.May 7- Amazon's response: We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time.

Did you provide both an invoice and a letter of authorization to sell that brands products that specifies your ability to sell them on amazon?

If you don't have those two items then you are probably guilty of selling "counterfeit" items under amazons new definition. You can't buy retail and sell as new. Receipts are not invoices.

Answer: I tried to contact the supplier regarding the LOA, however, they just don't provide it. At first, they promised to provide this document when I first purchased it from them. Later on, they denied that they couldn't just give the letter. I made multiple calls with them and with their manager either, but to no avail, I did not receive any help from them on this matter. Unfortunately, they left me hanging on there.

I have an actual purchase of 20 units from the supplier with the correct ASIN. However, when my team created shipments for the units, the warehouse shipped the wrong item to Amazon. We immediately closed and removed the listings for the incorrect item sent. Here are the removal IDs and screenshots of the products removed from Amazon.

We will require both the letter of authorization and invoices that meet our requirements. So you're aware, an authorization letter will need to be issued to you or your business by the brand or rights owner. A supplier if they are not the owner cannot authorize you themselves. If these cannot be provided or verified this particular issue may not see a favorable outcome.

I can't think of any reason Amazon can't verify the invoice other than the missing LOA.

We will require both the letter of authorization and invoices that meet our requirements. So you're aware, an authorization letter will need to be issued to you or your business by the brand or rights owner. A supplier if they are not the owner cannot authorize you themselves. If these cannot be provided or verified this particular issue may not see a favorable outcome.

As previously mentioned these situation will require both the letter of authorization and invoices, if the LOA is missing the dispute will not be accepted as this is required.

Since the letter of authorization is missing, there are no other alternative documents that can be provided. If it does not exist or does not meet our requirements, we cannot guarantee a favorable outcome.
