Missing item

Sorry just q quick one.

I'm expecting a customer to request a refund on item not delivered. If I use Amazon shipping who is liable for the refund myself or Amazon?

Hello @Seller_G9pOHlPaw0WqP,

This is Sarah from Amazon and I'm happy to assist you.

Building on what @Seller_hOZNPw7G8FIjl and @Seller_Nprc5XWvdLYk9 shared, here's a helpful resource page that addresses your questions What if a buyer says they didn’t receive their order?

  • Buyers can file a claim three calendar days after the maximum estimated delivery date or 30 days after the order date, whichever is earlier. They have 90 days from the maximum estimated delivery date or date of service to file a claim. However, Amazon reserves the right to accept claims after that time frame.

Regards,

Sarah.
