When you ship LTL with amazon partner carrier, does your carrier actually get your order pickup?
We ship LTL pallets with amazon partnered carriers. We have been doing this for years, however not once has my carrier ever recieved the pickup order. I always have to call a few days later and confirm the pickup order with the carrier. They never once have had the order and I always have to set up a whole new pickup. Does anyone else have this issue? Does anyone's LTL shipment actually ship on the day you select and the truck actually shows up?
