A+ access Invalid Access. You do not have permissions to view this page

I have my trademark registered in USA and tried to enroll on A+ Content. Many times the system showed me an error that the trademark number can't be approved (by the system). I sent several requests to the help team to resolve my issue.

Now I'm pushing a button "Get started" on page https://sell.amazon.com/tools/a-content and see this "Invalid Access. You do not have permissions to view this page"

How can I finally het this A+ Content?
