How do I get a response from the internal team for reimbursements?
I keep opening cases every week. All agents tell me you will receive a response on email in 24 hrs. I don't seem to receive any response from the internal team? How do I get a response. My 50 units are lost in FBA.

I do not have a path to expedite this process, but we are continuing to work with our partner teams to share seller concerns about delays.
