Missing Browse Node and getting circles from Seller Support
We are missing the browse node for our product and sales have taken a huge hit as it is totally unsearchable. We have created several cases with SS and get the same "We have it with our internal team and they will update within the next 48 hours." Well they then come back with "We've reviewed your suggestion and are unable to accept the suggested category browse node change to ASIN. This product is assigned to the current category based on the detail page and how Amazon customers find products through search and browse."
There is no browse node at all. Its not the category level its the browse node number. We don't even have a BSR rank anymore. Its absolutely insane. People can search the product name directly and my product doesn't show up.

Thanks for reaching out with your difficulties with your product. I believe the issues is that the browse node doesn't match similar products and you will need to provide a valid value in order to make changes to the Browse node. I would recommend that you reach out again to Seller Support and attempt to change your product to the following node:
