Seller Feedback Response Issue
Hello Amazon Seller Forum,
I hope this new thread finds you well.
We had an unfair negative review from a buyer the other day; unfortunately we know that we cannot get Amazon to remove it – so that is that.
I had issued a "Seller Response" to provide some context and point out to other prospective buyers how this does not represent the service they could expect to receive from us. I was messing around in the Feedback Manager, looking at the other options at our disposal on this review and accidentally clicked "Remove Response" when I had intended to click on "Request Removal" (as I know it informs you of the criteria for removing a review). There was no verification prompt to ask if I was sure and wanted to continue, it happened immediately.
However, as a result, I am now in a situation where I cannot provide another response or reinstate the response I had provided. I am not looking to abuse the system, simply provide context where it is needed.
I have tried contacting Amazon Seller Support [CASE 9923852002], and they don't have a clue what I am on about. Hoping other sellers might be able to point me in the right direction!

I could be mistaken but I believe that once the response is removed, there is nothing more that you can do.
