Seller support cut you off on phone or end chats if they dont know the answer
Anyone else regularly have to arrange callbacks multiple times before they get through to someone who holds the line, or have to reinitiate chats because the otherside disconnects you......

Im still getting used to FBM and wanted to adjust my standard template to include an extra day or handling time, just in case Im away from the warehouse and cannot ship that day

Yep, it's happened to us multiple times... I get the impression if the agent can't find the answer online, there's nothing they can actually do.
