Amazon Deactivated My Seller Account! What can i do to get it reinstated?
My account was recently deactivated because Amazon found that it was associated with another account. The problem is that I do not know which account it is. I have used Amazon FBA since I started and have never used any other account. Based on some research I did, I found the account is in CA, I am in PA. When I asked for proof, Amazon refused to tell me. They are asking me for proof that I do not have another account. I find that Amazon should be providing the proof since they are accusing me, rather than asking me for proof for their accusations. It's crazy that so many people online are having the same issues with Amazon deactivating sellers account and not providing proof and causing many to loose money. Amazon should be held accountable for this, sad part is the people working for Amazon is not even in the country, so you can never get someone on the phone.

Is there anything that could have linked you to this other account? Do you use any third-party services like a prep center or VA that have access to your account? Have you ever logged into your account on a device that doesn't belong to you or on an open wifi network? There's something that is causing Amazon to think that they are linked.
