Issue with HTML Tags Displaying in Bullet Points and Pack Count

Hello,

I'm encountering a persistent issue with some of my SKUs in the Amazon Seller Portal. Despite optimizing them within the Seller Portal, I'm finding that HTML <br> tags are displaying in bullet points, causing formatting issues. I've attempted to rectify this problem through the Seller Support channels, but unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved.

Additionally, I'm experiencing discrepancies in pack count display within the buyer Portal. Despite correct inputs, the pack count is showing differently than expected, leading to confusion and potential inaccuracies in listings.

I'm reaching out to seek guidance and assistance in resolving these issues. If anyone has encountered similar problems or has expertise in HTML formatting within the Amazon Seller Portal or managing pack counts, I would greatly appreciate your insights and suggestions on how to address these issues effectively.

Thank you in advance for any assistance or guidance you can provide.

Hello,

Thank you for your post.

HTML line breaks cannot be used in bullet points and Seller Support will be unable to resolve any issues you may encounter if you use line breaks there. Line breaks may be used in the product description, but if it does not work Amazon will not be able to edit this for you. There is more information about this on the following page: Product detail page rules.

In relation to the pack count display, this is most likely due to the way the listing was created. Different product IDs are required for items with different package quantities, it sounds as though only 1 product ID is being used to list the items. You will need to review the products and the product IDs for each listing to verify which links to each package quantity. When creating a case with Seller Support for edits to the product detail page it can be helpful to share an image of item package with the count and the correct product ID visible. They may ask you for additional information to verify the information and they will let you know the outcome of their investigation.

Regards,

Jessica
