Hi everyone, I am a brand new amazon seller and I am currently having trouble with creating a packing template. I have filled out all the necessary fields but its still not letting me save it. The template types are case pack and single sku pallet. If anyone know whats going on here please help!

Possibly because the dimensional weight of the box is 72# and the max weight is 50#. To test my theory, try making the box dimensions smaller like 12x12x12 and see if it works.
NOTE: Not saying you should leave it like that to send to FBA. You should definitely input correct and accurate information.

I'm sorry you are having issues with this form to provide a Case Pack template. Are you still having an issue with this form? There may be a technical issue with the form not being able to be saved. I would recommend that you ensure you are using a compatible browser for Seller Central (Chrome or Firefox) and clear your cache and cookies. If the issue persists, reach out to Seller Support with your screenshots and details so it can be investigated.
