BUYER TRYING TO DO FRAUD WITH US
ORDER ID 171-5574265-1181105 THIS ORDER WE RECEIVED ON 13/08/2023 AND THIS IS SELF-SHIP ORDER, NOW EVERY 4-5 DAYS BUYER DO COMPLAIN AGAINST US ON AMAZON AND SAID HE WANT RETURN THE PRODUCT AND THE REASON IS PRODUCT WAS DEFECTIVE, BUT THE ACTUAL REASON IS HE WANT TO DO FRAUD WITH US, BECAUSE ON EVERY RETURN REQUEST WE SCEDULED RETURN PICKUP FROM THE CUSTOMER'S LOCATION THROUGH OUR COURIER PARTNER, TILL THE DATE WE HAVE DONE 8 TIMES SCEDULED PICKUP FOR THE CUSTOMER BUT EVERY TIME CUSTOMER IGNORED OUR COURIER PERSON, ON FIRST CALL THE CUSTOMER SAID YES FOR THE PICKUP BUT AFTER REACHED OUR COURIER PERSON AT CUSTOMER'S LOCATION THEN THE CUSOTMER NOT PICKUP HIS PHONE CALLS AND SWICHED OFF HIS PHONE AND COMPLETELY IGNORED THE PICKUP, ALMOST 8 TIMES THIS HAPPENED, WE THINK THAT CUSTOMER DO COMPLAIN ON AMAZON AGAIN AND AGAIN AND THINK THAT AMAZON WILL GIVE FULL REFUND TO HIM AND THEN THE CUSTOMER DO NOT GIVE OUR PRODUCT BACK TO US, BECAUSE EVERY TIME THE CUSTOMER IGNORED THE RETURN PICKUP TO OUR COURIER PARTNER AND THEN DO COMPLAIN ON AMAZON AGAIN AND AGAIN, WE NEED HELP BECUSE THIS TYPE OF FRAUD ALREDY DONE MANY TIMES WITH US, WE ALREADY FACING THIS TYPE OF ISSUE WITH SOME ORDERS, FIRST CUSTOMER DO MULTIPLE COMPLAIN ON AMAZON AND THEN FILE ATOZ CLAIM AND THEN GOT FULL REFUND FROM AMAZON AND WHEN WE CONTACT TO THE CUSTOMER FOR TAKE RETURN PICKUP THE CUSTOMER DO NOT GIVE ANY RESPONSE TO US AND STALEN OUR PRODUCT, AND THEN IF THE PRODUCT AMOUNT IS MORE THEN 25,000 WE CAN NOT FILE SAFE-T CLAIM TOO, WE NEED SOLUTION FOR THIS TYPE OF ISSUE.

Dear Seller,
That Customer is aware with the Amazon Advance Refund policy and they are misusing that policy by not returning the product and after multiple return pickup failure the amazon initiate the advance refund to the buyer.
Don't worry, As per the policy, if the return product is not returned to you then the Amazon will auto reimburse the amount within 50 Days from the Refund Date.

Same is happening with us customer said he didn't receive the package and took a to z claim and upon calling the customer he said over the phone he got the package so we recorded the phone conversation and filed a cyber crime report against him , now he is ready to inform amazon that he got the product these kind of frauds are happening quite alot with self ship , best is pod which is proof of delivery signed by the customer attach that as well with the case you open with amazon they wont do much about it as our case is in transfered state since 28th oct and nothing has been done so far, we cant bare more losses first it was easy ship issues of fake yo ga ordrers now these kind of customers. Customers are so cheap nowadays all they want is free stuff and sellers are helpless cant recover the loss at all on amazon
