I noticed that my Payout payment is in reserve for no reason. Account health is fine and the are no chargebacks. Is anyone experiencing the same problem?

Hello @Seller_9y0TWEptWDrXB,

Thank you for reaching out. It is a normal part of selling on Amazon to see funds in the Account level reserve section of the Statement View tab on your Payments report. It’s the amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfill any financial obligations, such as refunds, claims, or chargebacks.

Common reasons for an account level reserve

It is very normal during peak season and holiday times for funds to go into account level reserves to cover issues like refunds, chargebacks, etc. Please keep viewing your account level reveres as funds should be releasing soon.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Cheers,

Micah
