Confusing Action Required: Verify your Selling on Amazon account
Hello,
I received a notification that I need ot verify my account, and I clicked the link of " Amazon North America" But there's no entry to start my Identity Verification, only my store status: inactive.
I contacted Amazon Seller Identity Verification Team, but I kept getting same replies that make no sense.
The case is 15495044561

So I have no idea what to do ,I tried used the link of "Amazon Australia" and when it required a country, I chose United States and I got a page of verifcation or something like registeration, I did uploaded the required ID verifications, I don't know if this will work.
The case is 15501597591
So would you help me with this please? Thank you!
