My Products are being Misrouted
I am a new seller based in Kashmir. My orders are being shipped through Amazon. Recently the two orders of mine that were supposed to be delivered in Srinagar were sent to Punjab and there I got response from the person responsible for shipping that the orders first get shipped to Jammu and then they are sent to Srinagar, it seemed absurd but I didn't challenge him then as I thought that might be the process. But then when I received the message that the order is being returned as the address is not correct. I mean how could they find the correct address for a srinagar based shipment in Punjab is beyond me. And on top of that I was charges Rs. 260 per order as return charges. I received two of my packages like this and now the third order for srinagar has again been sent to Jammu. I want to know what can I do in this scenario.

@Seller_s8EpAQnbM3rtU Hello there! I am sorry to hear about your recent issues with orders being shipped to the incorrect address, resulting in returns that are costing you.
I wanted to check in if you have already reached out to Seller Support on this? If you have, can you please provide the Case ID associated with these issues?
In the meantime, I would recommend checking your FBA Undelivered Order reimbursements report to determine if any of these orders are under policy for reimbursement.
