Visibility issue

So I have listed my product as generic and I have made 2 sales till now; However, even if I search my product name exactly as I have listed, I can't see it, as if I haven't listed it. Can anyone tell me why is this happening? It's making me so worried about my product visibility.

Michelle at Amazon here. I have read your concerns regarding the search of your item. It can take some time for your items to start to appear at the top in search, however, this help page may help you check your listing for why your ASIN may not be searchable. if you want to have your listing checked, please create a case to Seller Support and they can take a look. Feel free to reach back out if they are not able to help by providing the case number.
