Item not pick up

hi, my name is sachin from GS FITNESS AND SPORTS. As a new seller, i got 4 orders till date. but due to pathetic services by customer assosciate and pick up team, my orders got cancelled by customer. no one bother to call me for pick up. after so many reminders, no pick up mis done. very pathetic service by amazon.

Same here waiting for pickup from 11 March, today called the help line and still didn’t get any help.

normally amazon delivery team people will be your pick up partner in some areas they never picked up any orders before. even i got the same issue, then i contact my region amazon people. after that only they come and collect my product for delivery.
