I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding a recent refund that was processed on my account without my consent.
There was 2600$ in my account and account was suspended due to customer complaint on 1 asin and its been more than 6 months. A refunds was initiated (100+) on my account for an unspecified reason. However, I did not request this refund nor was I informed of any issues with the purchase that would warrant such action. As a result, the entire amount was refunded to customers without my authorization or acknowledgment.
I understand that there might be specific policies or regulations that govern refund procedures. However, I am unaware of any circumstances under which my funds would be refunded without my explicit consent, especially after such a prolonged period without any communication regarding the matter.
This situation is both unacceptable and legally questionable. I am well within my rights to request an explanation for this action and to reclaim the funds rightfully belonging to me. If necessary, I am prepared to explore legal recourse to address this issue, as it contradicts both Amazon's policies and consumer protection laws.
Therefore, I urgently request detailed clarification on the process that led to the automatic refund of my funds after six months without my authorization or communication. Did you lose an A-to-Z claim?
Was the item deemed inauthentic by the customer?
Did you provide proof it wasn't?
