AMAZON sent email ask "Submit proof of insurance in the next 30 days" again
I got email from AMAZON said
"According to our records, we have not received details of your commercial insurance policy after multiple email follow ups. The Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement requires that once you reach $10,000 in gross proceeds in any month, or if requested by Amazon, you secure commercial liability insurance. We ask that you submit proof of insurance for the products you sell on Amazon.com in the next 30 days."
But we already verified on Jan 2024. Went to our AMAZON account, show it is verified until Jan 2025.
Anybody got the same email ?

There seems to be a rash of these going around, similar to everything being a PLANT that took place a week ago.
Just as Amazon refused to post a notice about all those plants, they have not posted anything (that I have seen) about the new insurance mess.
If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.
Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.
They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…………....

We've also received the same email but we were verified since February 2024 and is until next year. I've contacted seller support by opening a case, and they asked me to uplooad screenshot of the email and the verified insurance window that is shown on Amazon. They checked the backend and assured me that we are verified and so ignore the email. This is now in our case history, so if something happens, I can let them know. Hope this helps.

lets say the email never arrived. Is there any place in seller central that has a copy of the message or a note somewhere saying insurance is required.
Nothing in performance notifications, nothing under account health. Shouldnt somewhere in seller central have a "you must provide proof by xx,xx, 2024" like the identity verification process.?
