Error 8572 Again and Again - Please help!

I have a product I have been trying to sell on Amazon. I created the product my self.

I purchased the UPC from GS1 almost 2 weeks ago. I am still getting an Error 8572 every day!

I am the seller and brand owner. I own the brand, website, UPC from GS1, everything!

For now I am putting no brand/generic , as I am working on trademark filing - and the GTIN is active.

How does anyone get this error fixed?! Case# 17409990701

I took a look at CASE ID 17409990701 and it appears Selling Partner Support created a technical ticket to one of our partner teams, which may have been why it was taking a while to get a response.

That partner team has since responded, so I believe Selling Partner Support should be following up with you very soon. If you do not hear any updates on CASE ID 17409990701 by end of day Tuesday March 25th, 2025, I'd be happy to look into what next steps can be taken to get your case moving along.
