HOW TO OBTAIN COMPLAINT ID FOR ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION ISSUE???

I was recently deactivated on Amazon. Reached out the brand of the product and they insisted they will retract the complaint however, I'm unable to provide them with the complaint ID. I am not able to get in contact with seller support either through phone or email due to my account being activated. Does anyone have any valid advice for this issue?

Thank you for your post. In order to better assist, we would need more information from you. When the account was deactivated, you would have received a performance notification giving you the reason for the deactivation. Within this notification, you would have also seen guidance on the path forward in terms of appeal requirements. Please share this message here in the thread so that we may better understand the reason for the deactivation.

If the complaint ID was given to you, it would be contained within the aforementioned performance notification. If you are not seeing this information, you may be required to undergo a different appeal path outside of right's owner retraction. It should also be noted the rights owner will have received the complaint ID when they initiated the case that lead to the violation you are now seeing.
