"No featured offers available" on all ASIN's

I noticed my sales dropped off the past few days. Then I noticed that all my listings show "No featured offers available".

I called Seller Support on Sunday Mar 24 and was told by the rep that he had "reset the algorithm". and my listings would have Featured Offer restored within 24 hours. But it didn't happen.

Opened case 15008158661 on Ma 26 but was just give the canned response about pricing, seller performance, etc.

What happened? Everything was fine a week ago...

He lied to you. there is no Resetting the algorithm. Most Amazon reps want to be off the phone as fast as possible and could care less about your issue because they have ZERO power to do anything about it.

So they take what you say .. change it 1000 times and then present a totally different issue to the concerned team to make sure you waste more time filing appeals.

I've run into the same problem as well. I'm certain it dates back to a time when my sales were very high, however I had a death in the family and I know some of them shipped out late. This happened to me in the past, and I knew I faced suspension if they did not improve, so I was prepared to keep a close eye on it and bring it back up. However since they changed ALL of my ASIN"s to No featured offer available. I'm selling maybe 3-5 items per week, and at that rate it will take months more to get my numbers back to acceptable levels.

There should be a more realistic form of punishment in these situations.

I know that no excuses are accepted on Amazon's end, and I'm certain people would exploit them. .

@Glenn_Amazon it looks like its happening again! 😞 All my buy box eligibility disappeared overnight on all my listings again.... I didn't receive any negative feedbacks, no A-Z, no chargebacks, nothing...pl

Pease review my buy box eligibility.

The same issue is happening to me. In the past, Seller Cavort would recognize it as a glitch and grant me eligibility because my prices are very competitive and my account has zero issues. However, this time, Seller Cavort is repeatedly giving me the same canned response. It looks like the Seller Cavort team thinks we sellers are all stupid and need to have responses repeated multiple times while we are still in a state of shock after reading/hearing the absurd responses from the Seller Cavort team for the first time.
