Reviews for all products stopped
Hi all - I have about 6 ASINs in my catalogue all my own brand. For years, I would typically get 1-3 reviews per day across all the ASINs. Then, all of the sudden reviews stopped and I haven't gotten any for going on two months now. I do not solicit reviews directly or through third parties and don't even use the 'Request Review' feature at all. I had a friend go to one of my products to try to leave a review (just to see what it would say) and it would not let them leave a review and showed the message 'We apologize but Amazon is not accepting reviews on this product from this account'. I am assuming Amazon flagged the products for review manipulation but I have not done anything that would even remotely violate Amazon's policies.
I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if there is any action that could be taken with Amazon to get this resolved?

Thanks for the post here! The first step you should take it to submit a case to Seller Support via Seller Central on this concern. In general, when unusual reviewing behavior on a detail page is detected, limits on review submissions may be implemented. These limits help preserve trust in customer reviews. However, a case with Seller Support will need to submitted for a review of this concern.

Hello, I am facing the same issue. In despite of having a good number of sales, my rating and reviews almost stop. Did you take any action? I really appreciate your help.
