Merchant-Fulfilled Delivery Dates
Merchant-fulfilled delivery dates are not calculating correctly. My MF orders have my free shipping template attached to them and Standard Shipping allows for 5-8 days for delivery. These orders are showing up as 2-4 days for delivery and they are all on the west coast and I'm in the midwest. I opened a Seller Support ticket and they told me that I can buy shipping to accommodate the 2 day delivery window that the buyers purchased. As a part of my shipping template, buyers can choose Priority Mail or 2-day Priority at an additional charge and they did not purchase that option. This is an Amazon problem. Are there any moderators on here to assist getting this programming error resolved? I do not utilize the Amazon shipping due to all of the problems it regularly has and I sell on other platforms as well.

Have you double checked your templates? Amazon has a habit of "rewarding" us for good service, by changing the templates without telling us. They sometimes do this even if you have the dreaded "Shipping Automation" turned off (which I HIGHLY recommend).
