Who designs the vehicle parts fitment guide?
Hello All, I wanted to reach out and ask who at Amazon designs the parts vehicle fitment guide? We sell BMW parts and extremely often customers order the wrong part and we'd like to know how that happens. There are so many options just for our vehicles that we always require a VIN when looking up parts in our dealership. I don't think VINS are required in the fitment guide, so how is the guide designed? Thank you.
