Hello everyone,

I am facing a prolonged issue with the verification process after updating the legal entity for my Amazon US seller account. In December, I requested a change from a sole proprietor to a newly formed LLC. While the update was successfully processed in my Amazon Europe account, my US account has been stuck in "Pending Verification" since January 2.

I have provided all required documents, including my LLC formation certificate, EIN, and proof of address. Despite multiple follow-ups through Seller Support, I have not received any updates or a clear resolution.

I open a case but also is "Pending Amazon Action" without any answer from January 2.

This delay is severely impacting my ability to launch new products and operate my business effectively.Has anyone experienced a similar issue with the verification process, and how were you able to resolve it? Are there any additional steps I can take or specific teams within Amazon I should contact?
