Hello everyone, i have a question about late delivery by post office

A buyer from guam bought an item from me. I shipped it the next day but it was delivered late by the post office.

The buyer contacted amazon saying that he didnt received his order and received full refund. I opened a Safety claim but got denied by Amazon. The tracking show that the item was deliver to his address after he received the refund. What can i do? I am out my item and amazon sided with the buyer to take my funding.

Next time, use Amazon Buy Shipping; for an INR issues, have the customer file A-Z claims.

The customer may still get a freebie in cases such as this, but it will be at Amazon's cost, not yours.
