Hi all! I promote my books, but I can’t understand how competitors launch video ads, while only having book versions Paperback, Hardcover and Kindle ?

Advertising is not allowed in the book category.
However, I don't know about Kindle -- that operates outside of the book category rules.

You can create sponsored ads for books you publish through Kindle Direct Publishing co-authored books, and books published outside of Kindle Direct Publishing. Sponsored ads is available for KDP titles and traditional published titles in the US, CA, UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, and Australia. Amazon Ads offers three ad campaign types for Authors: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Lockscreen Ads (US only).
