Since your shipment is over 150 lb, you'll need to use Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipping. Let me share what I found in the help pages.
Under "Amazon-partnered carriers for LTL, FTL, and intermodal shipments" (Amazon Partnered Carrier program), you'll need to provide these details to get an accurate shipping cost:
- Number of pallets and weight of each pallet
- Height of each pallet
- Whether pallets are stackable
- Freight class (don't worry if you're unsure - Amazon can estimate this for you)
The same help page also mentions some important requirements for your pickup location. You'll need either:
- A dock and forklift for loading pallets, or
- Lift-gate service (available if your shipment is under 12 pallets and 20,000 lb)
You'll also need space for a 53-foot trailer, though you can request a box truck if that's better for your location.
Once you have these details ready, you'll be able to get an accurate shipping cost estimate through the partnered carrier program.
