Geographic Sales Restriction
Hi everyone - I have been selling a product on Amazon for over a year. This product is not legal in a couple of states and Amazon never shipped to those states. My listing was never under a restriction, but I got an email saying my listing is subject to geographic sales restrictions and sales dropped 90%! If Amazon didn't send my product to the states that didn't allow it before, I feel like they've added states that allow it to their restriction. I sent them a complete list of states with links to the government website confirming they are legal with no real reply (you know, other than the generic replies).
Anyone deal with a similar situation? Will it correct itself or do I need to press on with Amazon for answers.

There are some product types that are limited in where they can be sold. I'm happy to review to see what options exist, however depending on the product there may be limited options. Can you please reply with your most recent Case ID on this issue that I can review? Thank you.
