Custom orders where a product is custom made for a customer on their order and cannot be sold to anyone else as it has their name on it, should not be allowed for cancellation once the order is scheduled/accepted by seller.

But just before the day of pickup customer cancels and Amazon is simply accepting the cancellation and refunding the money! Seller is at complete loss as the product is wasted and cannot be sold to anyone else as it has a permanent name of customer on the product.

Can someone from Amazon actually think on this issue and fix this flaw! Donot provide option of custom products if you cannot have fair and genuine policies
