GTIN codes failing on AMAZON product listing

Hello

I can not listed my product on amazon since I get a GTIN code error.

“<p>8572: You are using UPCs, EANs, ISBNs, ASINs, or JAN codes that do not match the products you are trying to list. If you believe you have reached this message in error, contact Seller Support with the following information: </p> <ul> <li>Product Name</li> <li>Manufacturer name</li> <li>Brand name</li> <li>UPC or EAN or ISBN or JAN along with GS1 certificate</li> <li>Non-brand owners: A copy of a letter/email from the manufacturer or brand stating that the UPC or EAN or ISBN or JAN you are using to list this product is valid</li> <li>Brand owner: Valid and current (not expired) GS1 certificate for the GTIN range(s) used by your listings</li> </ul>”

I Already have contact Amazon for support downloading the GTIN certificates download from GS1 site and sent it to amazon but I couldn't success since now amazon is asking for a Proof that should state that my Brand is affiliated with the UPC/EAN owner. It should be in the form of letter/legal agreement that you are allowed to use the UPC's.

Can you help with this issue?

Good Evening @Seller_3hwlo6XiJoXWo,

I wanted to stop by as I took a look at CASE ID ending in 8791 and see that Selling Partner Support has created a technical ticket with another partner team to investigate why you are getting Error Code 8572. They passed the case to another tech team to review and we hope you should hear back from them soon.

If you do not hear any updates by Monday December 23rd, 2024, please let me know and I can see what next steps can be taken to escalate this case to the appropriate team.

Also feel free to check out some of the content we have made around this error code -->HERE<-- and -->HERE<-- that might help you in troubleshooting the issue faster. Hope you have a wonderful rest of the week and take care.

Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
