I used easyship method to fulfill orders. My orders shipped late due to carrier not picks up. I fill the form of Amazon Easy Ship Collection Delay Form. And it notify me we review it and any affect on account health will remove within 7 days. After fewdays i contact seller support and they told me you are nit eligible for reverse the account health affect. Because i did not create a case regarding this. My question is what that form is for i filled. Now i don't have buybox. And they did nothing about that. What can i do now?
