INCORRECT SHIPPING CHARGES
My product package is of 120grams and amazon is forcefully charging for above500gms parcel shipping. This is just ridiculous how are we going to sustain if we loose 50k per month on this false extra shipping charge amazon. Plus we have no control over it, all is managed by amazon and the team doesnt help much. This is so unfair on sellers. Is anyone facing the same issue ?

then you need to modify the price with the listed products. there is nothing you can do. alternatively, you can add (account level)the shipping charges with the product's price so that customer knows how much they are paying for the shipping but that will drop your sales.
