Hello Amazon Support Team,

We are currently facing an issue updating the tracking information for Order ID: 407-0513843-5689130 on our Amazon Seller Account. We have booked the shipment through i-carry.in , a third-party logistics partner for Delhivery. The AWB number generated can only be tracked via Delhivery’s platform.

We have already contacted the customer directly to provide them with the AWB number, but we require your assistance in updating this information on Amazon. Without this update, we may face delays in receiving our payment.
