How do I report a customer
I cannot find the link to report a customer.
This customer's order could not be delivered due to insufficient address. (Apartment number was missing).
He requested for us to resend the order and gave us the correct address.
As soon as we advised him the order had been resent, he presented an A-to-z claim and got his money back.
The order was properly delivered. I presented an appeal but Amazon upheld their decision.
I think he acted in a malicious way.
I want to report him but I can't find the link to report a violation. Please advise. TIA

"He requested for us to resend the order and gave us the correct address."
Lesson learned. You've been around long enough to have seen at least some of the posts by experienced sellers saying to NEVER resend an order.
The key question is what happened to the original package? Did you get it back, or was this a PRO and they went to the PO and claimed the one with the 'bad address'?
If you look at the emails that came through the Amazon system (hopefully that's where they arrived) there should be a tab at the bottom of the messages to report the sender.
I haven't had one in a while so that could have changed.

First rule is never re-send an order, ever. Refund the order once you have your product back, and the customer can re-order with the correct address. That is the way, and the only way.
I'm sure you're correct that this customer acted deliberately - I do genuinely believe that. This is a very common scam tactic. I unfortunately doubt that you'll see any benefit in reporting the customer however, because -since you took action outside of the Amazon system- from Amazon's point of view the package was returned to you and you didn't refund the order, so the customer was correct to file an A-to-Z. They don't see that you re-shipped it, because that was done outside the Amazon system. Hopefully not too painful a lesson for you this time, but definitely learn from it.
The place to report customer abuse is here and you should definitely bookmark it for future use, but I'd actually advise against reporting this one just because the only evidence you could present of the customer's abuse also provides evidence of a violation on your part by re-shipping an Amazon order outside of the Amazon system. Amazon is much stricter on sellers than on buyers, so a report in this case could end up backfiring on you.
