Has been 90 days since my account was deactivated and funds are still being witheld.

Since my account was deactivated in February following a video call verification, I've been consistently appealing the decision, but to no avail. Now, 90 days have passed, and my funds remain held in the reserve.

Two things --

First, if you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.

Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.

They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…………....

Second --

Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.

Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.

If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.

Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?

NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.

More than likely your account was deactivated for some sort of "fraudulent" activity, so you will not be receiving any funds.

After that 90-day period once an account is deactivated, you will need to send a request to begin the process for accessing any funds in your account per the funds withholding policy. Send this request to disbursement-appeals@amazon.com and a separate investigation will begin.

"During this process, we may request that you provide additional information or documentation regarding your identity, financial instruments, and product sourcing. We may validate any information that you provide with third parties or government agencies."

Alternatively, please feel free to provide details of the reason as to why your account is currently deactivated so the community and I will do our best to support you.

All the best,

Stevie.
