Missing Items and amazon request document that never provided
Some of my items were missing from Inbound Shipment. I created a case, provided invoice and appointment document of delivery. After two months investigation, they said they need a bill of lading that contain a signature and stamped for at the fulfillment center, which were never provided from this fulfillment center. This is ridiculous! Whether the fulfillment center intentionally did not provide the documents to avoid liability for possible loss? Now Amazon Selling Partner Support has stopped answering the case.
