I was shocked devastated today by looking at the images of my tempered cookies jar by amazon FBA . over and above they are returning products by saying it is distributor damage. how come it is possible that in one box half items packed properly and other half improper packing quiet impossiblewhich amazon FBA is making possible not understanding that sending back my cookies will be a loss of money trust and time not only for me but for our trusted clients and workers who have prepared these premium specialised gluten free cookies with hardwork and care. we people who make company or spoil. Amazon flourising with new ideas overseas somehow here it is in decline why? AMAZON FBA PEOPLE KNOW . lt is serious and important to restore the prestige of the company . hoping to resolve my problem ASAP WITH RIGHT SOLUTION AND POSITIVITY.

even i am facing such issues with amazon .i have noticed that every time i send goods to FBA they message me one or two pieces are missing .i have cross checked from my side even then this is happening.

Recently 3 of our products were lost in FBA. They said they dint receive in-spite of raising complaint. So I stopped giving items to FBA. Amazon has come up with a decision they could cheat Indian sellers . Instead of FBA plan your own warehouse with same day shipping. Not only tampering of products by FBA. Some easy ship products being tampered by ATS team and customer receives different product or customer purposefully returns different product both are happening along with return in tamper proof packaging denying to give claims. LOST TRUST OF FBA !

Amazon is now fooling many sellers like us by placing fake COD orders after that cancelling same orders before reaching to customer their by causing loss to sellers in terms of packing expenses, amazon is earning Shipping charges even though our orders are cancelled, our performance matrics are been affected due to fake cancellation of orders, many times amazon is returning our products with torn original packing which again cause loss to sellers of packing expenses.
Please stop fooling sellers on amazon platform, this is degrading sellers like us to sell our products on Amazon platform.

This is being done by amazon employees as per the process to correct their matrics. They mark 2-3 unit missing while accepting the fba shipment and use that unit when shipment is lost or item stolen by customer so that amazon does not have to bare loss for lost package from their end.
You can verify it by checking customer return comment where customer said that he received wrong item or missing product but fba team has marked it as sellable unit.

Not just FBA, even Easy ship has similar issues. Delivery guys are stealing products and replacing them with junk. Amazon is doing nothing about it.
