Seller Support got my ASIN tombstoned
Hello,
I have a huge problem thanks to Seller Support.
I was having a problem when sending new inventory to my ASIN, therefore I contacted Seller Support. One of the agents told me that to solve the problem I have to delete the product and relist it.
He told me to first delete it and then relist it (I am new and I trusted him).
So I lost all my reviews, ranking, and ASIN. Now, 2 weeks later, nobody can provide a solution. The last they said is that the ASIN is tombstoned.
All I want at this point in time is to recover my ASIN where I have invested so much money and time.
What can I do? How can I escalate this matter to get real professional help?

Not sure it is possible to get the reviews back if the item has been deleted, can I ask if you just removed the product, and then re-listed on the same product page, or did you create a new listing - if new listing then you will not get the reviews back, if you went back on the original product page, then the reviews should be there as they are not seller specific, they are catalogue based.
