Inactive listing even we submitted the necessary documents for policy compliance
Hi,
We had this issue in one of your ASINs, which was removed due to missing mandatory compliance information like lab results etc. On the 5th of Sept, we submitted all the necessary documents, and Seller support said that they received our submission and have started reinstating the product detail page and said that the process will only take 2 business days to be completed but until now the listing is inactive and we didn't receive any updates. We opened different cases hoping to have an update on the Seller support chat but they just told us that the case is still in process.
Has anyone experienced the same issue, any advice please? Thank you.
Could you please help us with the issue? Case ID 15965930841. Thank you.

Hello @Seller_nbdznj1JyWNG9,
Thank you for following up on this,
I have received some information regarding this situation. Please see the following messaging below:
As Per Amazon's updated policy on dietary supplements as of 3/18/2024, Amazon requires Selling Partners to verify dietary supplement products meet our policy via third-party testing verification to ensure products offered in our store meet the following criteria:
1. Go to your Manage Your Compliance dashboard.
2. Click Add or appeal compliance next to the product.
3. Select Request lab service.
Per Amazon's updated policy on dietary supplements as of 4/2/2024, Amazon requires Selling Partners to verify dietary supplement products meet our policy via third-party testing verification.
Amazon will no longer be accepting documents from Selling Partners directly.
For more information about Amazon's policy, please visit the Seller help page here and Vendor help page here.

We require test results that confirm your product's compliance with Amazon's policy. The test results must be submitted to Amazon directly from one of the Amazon-approved third party Testing, Inspection, and Certification organizations. Selling Partners cannot submit these documents.
Please follow the steps listed below by the due date indicated for your product in your Manage Your Compliance dashboard.
1. Go to the Performance tab and select Account Health.
2. Under Manage your compliance in the bottom right-hand corner, click Product compliance requests.
3. Click Add or appeal compliance for the product you’re taking action on, and select Request lab service.
4. Select [dietary-supplements@amazon.com] as the issue.
5. Under Source/Factory location, enter the source location of your product.
6. Under Lab, select the Amazon-approved third-party Testing, Inspection, and Certification organization of your choosing to conduct testing.
Once testing is requested, please work directly with the chosen third-party Testing, Inspection, and Certification organization to provide all requested information to complete the testing of your product.
Per their response, you will need to work with your lab tester to have them provide the completed testing documents as we can't accept them if provided by you.

Hello @Seller_nbdznj1JyWNG9,
Thank you for following up with your inquiry on moving forward.
Although I cannot directly confirm they are an approved lab for our testing, but if they are, communicating with them to send over the lab test would be advised so it can be properly reviewed by the appropriate teams. Although it was provided in the case, as noted it cannot be accepted through your submissions.
